A.I Law Office was established in 2023 by Ms. Chinda OUK who is a member of the Bar Association of Cambodia. Ms. Chinda OUK is a qualified lawyer, holding a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, and had training courses with Canadian, French Professors on international laws and international court procedures. Ms. Chinda had work at Long Dara Law Firm and STJ International Law Office, SR Law Office as a lawyer and she is currently the Founding Partner of A.I Law Office and carries out the following functions:
- Preparing and negotiating various commercial contracts in the telecoms field, including site and building leases, supply and service agreements, interconnection agreements, national and international roaming agreements, sale and purchase agreements, distribution agreements, and reseller agreements, licensee content agreement, MoU and Non-Disclosure Agreements and others
- Liaising with government officers and regulators such as the Tax Department and Labour Department, regulator of insurance.
- Representing clients in commercial litigation cases and disputes and in criminal cases.
- Advising to client on a range of legal and commercial, licensing and internal company function issues
- Advising on compliance matters relating to insurance, real estate and telecommunications sectors.
- Corporate affairs and public relations.
